If you are, then consider using our maintenance service! We offer a 24 hour call out service and generally a 1 - 2 hour response time on any dangerous/damaging occurrences. We don't charge heavy call out fees - we only charge by the hour and there is NO MINIMUM CHARGE.

Being a building and electrical company, we offer a reactive maintenance service to rival anything else you might have experienced. We cover all aspects of building work and all services include:

We don't ask you to sign a contract and you can ask for a breakdown of charges for any job. We have trained staff and all work carries a 12 month guarantee. We carry NIC/EIC certification for our electrical work, we are Gas Safe and as a member of the Guild of Master Craftsmen, you can be sure of the quality of our work.

We can also supply a written quotation for any planned work you may require or complete against your current builders prices for those larger jobs you might be planning.
